These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and x111 governing access to and use of the x111 platform. Please read every section carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating an x111 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By completing the x111 account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by using any part of the x111 Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with x111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3.1 Age. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and maintain an x111 Account. x111 enforces this requirement strictly and without exception. Age verification via CNIC is conducted as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.
3.2 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or court-imposed restriction on your legal capacity, you are not eligible to use x111.
3.3 Personal Use. x111 accounts may only be used for personal entertainment purposes. Operating an x111 account on behalf of a third party, including accepting deposits or placing bets on behalf of another person, is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using x111 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. x111 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction. Players access x111 at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
4.1 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your registered Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one x111 Account. The existence of multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by, but not limited to, matching CNIC, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or residential address — is a serious breach. x111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation.
4.3 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your registered mobile number or any other account detail changes, you must update your account promptly via Account Settings or by contacting x111 support. x111 is not liable for failed communications or recovery issues arising from outdated account information.
4.4 Non-Transferability. x111 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or assigning an x111 account to any other person is prohibited. x111 reserves the right to void all balances and permanently close any account found to have been sold or transferred.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your x111 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 x111 recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via their Account Settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.
5.3 If you suspect that your x111 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x111 immediately via Live Chat support. x111 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation. x111 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to protect their credentials.
5.4 x111 will never contact you unsolicited to request your password, OTP codes, or any other security credentials. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt. x111 maintains a strict policy of never requesting player passwords through any communication channel.
6.1 Accepted Methods. x111 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other methods listed in the x111 Cashier. 6.2 Currency. All deposits to and withdrawals from x111 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x111 does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions.
6.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. x111 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
6.4 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your x111 Account are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits originating from third-party payment instruments not registered in your name may be refused and returned.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. x111 maintains AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations under its operating licence. x111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on large deposits, unusual deposit patterns, or transactions that trigger risk-based review criteria. Compliance with AML requests is a condition of account use.
7.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal of funds from an x111 Account is conditional upon successful completion of KYC verification. KYC requires submission and approval of: (a) a valid CNIC; (b) a recent proof of residential address where required; and (c) verification of the payment method used for deposits. KYC is a one-time process for standard account activity.
7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. Processing times represent x111's internal timelines; third-party institution processing may add to these timescales.
7.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever operationally possible. x111 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a different payment instrument than was used for the deposit.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
7.5 Withdrawal Review. x111 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to five business days where an account is subject to a risk review, bonus abuse investigation, or regulatory compliance check. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered contact details.
8.1 x111 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, including but not limited to: bonus amount, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible game types, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Real money funds in the wallet may be withdrawn at any time subject to Section 7 requirements.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. x111 maintains the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to guarantee completion of wagering requirements; exploiting errors in bonus crediting; coordinating with other players to collectively satisfy wagering requirements; and opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
8.4 Offer Eligibility. Specific promotions may be restricted to players from certain regions, players meeting deposit history criteria, or players who have not previously claimed a specific offer type. Eligibility criteria are stated in offer-specific terms. x111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if eligibility criteria are found to have not been met at the time of claiming.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds remaining in an account after the expiry period stated in the offer-specific terms will be forfeited automatically without notice.
9.1 All casino games on x111 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. Certification confirms that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by x111 or by the player.
9.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the x111 server record, the server record shall be the definitive result. x111 maintains server-side records of all game transactions, which are available to players upon written request.
9.3 x111 reserves the right to void bets placed due to software errors, system malfunctions, or misconfigured game parameters where such errors result in unreasonably large or clearly unintended payouts. Players will be notified of any void and the applicable stake will be returned to the account.
9.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. All games have minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within each game interface. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through any technical means is prohibited.

10.1 x111's sportsbook operates on a pre-match and live in-play basis. Markets, odds, and bet types available for any given event are determined by x111 and may vary between events. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
10.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is confirmed only when x111's system issues a bet confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Placing a bet does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs only upon issuance of a confirmed bet slip.
10.3 Cricket & PSL Betting. For PSL and international cricket matches, all bets are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, delayed result, or result subsequently changed by the governing body, x111 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with its sportsbook rules, which take precedence over these general Terms in matters of bet settlement.
10.4 Palpable Errors. x111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error — a "palpable error." In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player. The determination of whether odds constitute a palpable error is made at x111's sole discretion.
10.5 Maximum Payouts. Sportsbook maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are disclosed in the sportsbook terms. x111 may decline to accept bets that would expose it to liability above applicable payout limits.

14.2 x111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the x111 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
14.3 x111's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits x111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x111's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
15.1 x111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) continued account operation poses a risk to x111's regulatory compliance; (c) the account holder has provided false information; (d) a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority has been received; or (e) the account shows indicators of fraudulent activity.
15.2 Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, x111 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including real money funds where the breach involves fraud or money laundering.
15.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting x111 support via Live Chat. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to verified payment methods and all active wagering requirements reviewed. Voluntary closure does not entitle a player to a refund of any losses incurred during normal platform use.
15.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. x111 will notify the account holder via their registered contact details before applying any inactivity fees permitted under the account's applicable terms. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting support.
16.1 x111 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
16.2 The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the x111 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact x111 support to request account closure. Account closure requests submitted within 14 days of a material Terms amendment will not attract any early closure penalty.

17.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the complaints procedure established under x111's operating licence. 17.4 Nothing in this clause limits a player's right to seek relief from any competent court or regulatory authority where such right is guaranteed by applicable law.
